Volume! is a programme that aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of solo entrepreneurs in creative industries. The programme is funded by the Service Centre for Continuous Learning and Employment (SECLE). Volume-program will run until 2024 with two streams – in Finnish and in English.

We are currently seeking intriguing examples and stories from entrepreneurs for fellow entrepreneurs
As a part of the programme, guidance sessions will be organized for the participants once a month. Guidance sessions create a platform for peer learning and during the sessions guest entrepreneurs will share their stories and examples on how they solved specific issues regarding the chosen theme. After the introduction from the guest speaker, participants can discuss how they could solve similar issues in their own companies.
The best part of the sessions is peer-to-peer learning. Discussions can also lead to new cooperation between participating entrepreneurs.

- We are now searching for solo entrepreneurs in creative industries to share their experiences and expertise in different themes for the years 2023-24.
- In guidance sessions guest entrepreneur will have about 20 minutes for introduction to the specific theme. After introduction there will be about 60 minutes for all the participants to discuss the theme together. Guidance sessions will be organized online in Zoom.
- The guest entrepreneur will prepare a presentation and participate in the discussion after the introduction. (Volume! -staff will facilitate the discussion session)
- The guest speaker is not expected to be a consultant, but an entrepreneur, who will share their own experience from their own company
- For presentation/introduction and participation in the discussion a fee of 200€ + VAT (24%) will be paid.
- The presentation and introduction will be recorded for educational purposes. For the right to use the recording a fee of 300€ + VAT(0%) will be paid (one time payment, right to use the recording (time) is not limited).
- The guest speaker is expected to be an entrepreneur in creative industries.
- By submitting a proposal, the provider commits to implementing their proposal at the agreed-upon time.

- creativity and innovativeness
- technology, virtual contents and AI in creative work
- networks, building international networks
- sales, online store, marketing and advertising
- customer experience, leading customer relationships
- new methods, interesting differenr approaches and solutions
- cooperation with artists, brands, professionals from different sectors
- partnerships, subcontracting, hiring an employee
- licensing, IPR and business
- your own interesting, useful and fun themes!
Important Information:
- Proposals will only be accepted through the form. You can submit multiple proposals, but please fill out a separate form for each topic.
- Note the language versions: submit proposals in English for the English-language program and in Finnish for the Finnish stream.
- We may select suitable proposals for implementation even before the deadline.
- We also reserve the right to not select proposals if they do not meet the needs of the programs.
